Chris Overland - General Manager

Chris has a broad technical and administrative background.  He has many years of mechanical and electrical experience combined with strong computer system skills that he brings to MLIRD.   His experience also includes eight years as a union journey level electrician.  Additionally, Chris brings a strong management background with over 20 years as a Supervisor and later, Manager & Department Head for local food processing companies.  He is committed to utilizing his diverse background toward furthering the interests of MLIRD through a strong work ethic, dedication to continuous improvement and where possible, great customer service for our rate payers.

 

Chris Wilson - Lead Operations & Maintenance Technician

Chris is a valued and competent heavy equipment operator with many years of experience and is the lead operator of the District's dredging operation in Park Horn.  He has developed the capability to train and direct the District's other operations and maintenance technicians, keeping consistency and success moving forward.  In addition to his regular duties, Chris is a certified "Water Works Operator" and is a "Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)," a requirement for the District's dredging process.


Beth Yonko - Administrative Assistant

Beth is "best in class" at customer service and is a tremendous asset to MLIRD.  Her personality and core values as it relates to serving MLIRD rate payers is without equal.  Beth has put a lot of effort into keeping things running smoothly at MLIRD, can always be counted on, and has been involved with our many successful events.  She has done an exemplary job in furthering the interests of MLIRD and helping our community.

  

Albert Byler - Operations & Maintenance Technician Position 1

Albert is our main truck operator/driver and an important member of our team.  He is a skilled heavy equipment operator with many years of CDL experience and many years of experience in the irrigation business.  Albert is also a "Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL)," a requirement for the District's dredging process.  Albert came to the District in 2014 and is a welcome addition to the District.

 

Taylor Murray - Office Assistant

Taylor is a very friendly and cheerful receptionist and is often the first point of contact for people who visit our office.   She has extraordinary office skills and is an exceptional office assistant.  Taylor came to the District in 2014 and is a wonderful addition to our team.
