• Click LAYER LIST on top right toolbar to open LAYERS option.
• Scroll down LAYERS and check "Districts - Moses Lake Irrigation Rehabilitation" box.
• In top left search field labeled "parcel no, owner, address", insert Parcel number and press ENTER.
• Scroll screen for desired view.
